Can I get a custom order?

  • Yes, every item can be customized for the customer

How do I make a custom order?

  • For a custom order call us at 770-731-8314 or e-mail us with ALL DETAILS of your order 

How many colors can I request for my custom item?

  • Most items are at least 2 colors. It is an extra charge of $1 for each extra color used

Can I buy in bulk?

  • Yes, but those orders have to be completed over the phone with the designer or through e-mail

How fast is the turnaround time?

  • As soon as the order and details are confirmed, work begins immediately. It will depend on the resin when it is ready to be shipped to the customer. Also, it depends on how many pieces are being made

Can I get a refund?

  • NO! ONCE WORK HAS BEGUN, YOU CAN NO LONGER CANCEL AND/OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Can I add to my order?

  • Yes, you can always add to an order, but you can't take anything off the order

Do you ship out of the state of Georgia?

  • Yes, I ship all over the United States

Is shipping free?

  • No, shipping is not free. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout screen
